What can I expect
HOW LONG IS PORTMOUTH BAPTIST SERVICE?
Sunday School is about 30 minutes long and consists of Bible lessons and how they can be used in everyday life.
Sunday Worship Service is about 60 minutes in length. It consists of a mix of traditional hymns and newer songs sung by the choir, individual singers, and the congregation, which have the lyrics projected on screens to help you sing along. Our pastor will share an encouraging Bible-based message, and the service ends with a prayer time of reflection, an invitational song, and the opportunity to respond to the message.
Sunday Evening Worship Service is about 45 minutes long and includes two congregational songs and an encouraging Bible-based message, songs plus an encouraging Bible-based message.
Wednesday's service is about 45 minutes long and includes Bible study and prayer.

WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS?
We believe kids should look forward to attending church in a safe and fun environment! On Sunday mornings, Sunday School is offered for all ages, Junior Church is available for ages 4-12, and we also provide a nursery for children under the age of 4.
